Vino di grande pregio ottenuto da un' accurata cernita di uve Cannonau, in gran parte provenienti da viti oltre 40 anni di vita e coltivate ad alberello. Dopo una lenta fermentazione sulle bucce, effettuata in piccoli contenitori di acciaio per un periodo di circa 20 giorni, matura in barriques di rovere francese per 24 mesi. Segue un affinamento in bottiglia coricata per almeno 8 mesi. Splendida veste rosso granato. Al naso è imponente. Ricco di profumi di piccoli frutti maturi rossi e neri, sentori di marasca e liquirizia inchiostrati di erbe aromatiche mediterranee, spezie fini e dolci. In bocca è suademente caldo, sapido e speziato, il tutto perfettamente fuso da un ventaglio minerale. La sua ricca e vellutata struttura è ben bilanciata dalla complessità tannica e dall'elegante ed esadiente persistenza. È un vino che si accosta ottimamente alle libagioni più esclusive e raffinate. Perfetto per accompagnare formaggi di grande struttura e sapidità o importanti secondi di carne.

We would like to introduce you to the “Icon of the Savior Jesus Christ”. This icon is a modern work of art, hand made from natural materials. It represents The Old Byzantine style and is made according to all the Orthodox religious canons. The face of the icon is hand painted on a wooden board using high quality oil-based paints. The metal part of the icon is made of copper and silver plated with a thickness of 25-30 microns using the electrolysis method. In order to increase its artistic value, the silver pieces are patinated and artificially aged. For the decoration of the halo gold plate/leaf is applied, again using electrolysis with a thickness of 3 microns. For further enhancement Swarovski crystals are added. Ottenuto da una lavorazione quasi in purezza del vitigno Bovale Sardo (localmente conosciuto come Muristellu), varietà autoctona fedelmente riproposta in questo vino. Frutto di una lenta fermentazione in piccole vasche di acciaio ed una lunga maturazione in piccolli caratelli di rovere francese per 3 anni, ha avuto un successivo affinamento in bottiglia coricata di un anno e poco più. Colore rosso rubino impenetrabile con note violacee, al naso si apre maestoso con note di pietra focaia, grafite e piccole bacche nere. Al palato sprigiona il suo calore seguito da una trama di tannini morbidi e avvolgenti, rivelando note di cacao nero. Vino non filtrato, eventuali sedimenti non compromettono la qualità ma esaltano la tipicità e testimoniano l' integrità e la naturalezza delle nostre procedure enologiche. Ottimo in accompagnamento a piatti ricchi e strutturati come secondi di cacciagione, carni rosse e formaggi stagionati.
